Ponsford is currently closed to the public until the 2nd December under current lockdown restrictions. We remain fully operational within the business with our phonelines, email & online talk open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm during lockdown.
We want to reassure you all that it’s business as usual when it comes to delivering out existing orders and communicating with our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure we get orders out to you as quickly as possible.
Online Ordering and Virtual Customer Appointments Available
Whilst you can’t physically come into Ponsford for the next month you are still able to order many products online and if there’s something specific you want but can’t see on our website then just give us a call and we’ll set up a special purchase link for you to buy anything you would like as per usual.
We are also going to be available via video calls and Zoom and will be setting up Virtual Appointments where we can show you any items you’re considering from the store whilst you’re not able to physically visit.
We will have a full team of staff working within the business to answer any enquiries you may have and we’d like to take this opportunity to reassure our customers that this announcement in no way impacts the security of our business or the level of service we pride ourselves on.
We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers and anyone who supports Ponsford. This has been a difficult and challenging year for everyone and undoubtedly lead times for existing orders may be impacted. But we are doing everything we can to keep you informed and updated throughout.
