It’s business as usual when it comes to delivering out existing orders and communicating with our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure we get orders out to you as quickly as possible.

We have a full team of staff working within the business to answer any enquiries you may have and whilst these latest restrictions are frustrating we understand the importance of protecting our customers and wider public during this time.
Product Lead Times and COVID-19
We are currently working to offer safe non-contact deliveries to all our customers and are committed to delivering out as many orders as we can. Please keep in mind that all estimated delivery dates given at the time of order are always subject to manufacturer lead times.
Due to unprecedented demand within the furniture industry if you are placing an order on our website please add an additional 4-6 weeks on top of delivery lead times quoted on individual products.
COVID-19 is still causing challenges for certain furniture manufacturers with some suppliers currently experiencing issues with shortages of key materials which is impacting furniture supply chains.
You will be advised accordingly if an item you are interested in purchasing could be impacted by the current situation. You can also ask us about lead times through our online chat system before purchasing any items on our website.
