As a renowned British heritage brand and home of bespoke luxury beds and mattresses Vispring have chosen Ponsford to display the most luxurious mattress in their collection, the Diamond Majesty from Saturday 24th October to Sunday 4th November.

It’s been created using unrivalled expertise in mattress-making, with a unique combination of vanadium pocket springs and sumptuous fillings to provide the ultimate sleep experience.

Showcased for the first time ever at Salone del Mobile, Milan in April 2018, the Diamond Majesty features three layers of hand-nested calico pocketed springs, providing exceptional support. Made from the finest natural fillings, including blended Shetland wool, cashmere, silk and bamboo, the Diamond Majesty is also filled with British horsetail (exclusive to Vispring) and two new deluxe materials: organic cotton and loose vicuna, for an exceptional comfort and softness. Vicuna is not only the most valuable and rarest fibre in the world but is also ultra-soft, hypoallergenic and has excellent insulating properties.

Vispring Diamond Majesty

The new Diamond Majesty mattress border features a prestigious British woven merino wool fabric. Crafted to achieve a sumptuous and unique look, the rich blue fabric paired with the contrasting piping and tuft petals as well as six rows of genuine hand side-stitching – applied using an intricate Vispring technique – give this mattress an added touch of luxury. The mattress also features a new design detail: an embroidered British flag.

When paired with the President divan, the Diamond Majesty creates a visually impressive bed, which has been perfectly designed for the ultimate sleep. Supported by a solid beech frame, crafted with two layers of hand-nested calico pocketed springs and upholstered using the finest horsehair, blended British fleece wool and cotton, the President divan exudes luxury and comfort.

The divan is available in two heights, any fabric and any leg finish from the Vispring collection. Designed in celebration of the Diamond Majesty, the new Grand Berkeley headboard takes inspiration form the Art Déco movement.
